Do you offer free estimates?
A. Yes. We’ll come out, look at the job, and give you a written quote at no cost.
How do you price tree removal?
A. Price depends on the tree’s size, location, access for our equipment, and how close it is to houses, power lines, and other structures.
Do I pay upfront?
A. NO deposit is needed. Payment is due when the job is complete.
What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Cash, Credit Card and check.
Do you offer tree trimming, or only removals?
A. We do both removal and trimming.
Do you grind the stump after removing the tree?
A. Yes. We will grind the stump for an additional charge.
What happens to the wood and debris?
A. We chip the branches and haul away the debris. If you would like to keep the firewood or the chips, just let us know.
Can you tell if my tree is diseased or dangerous?
A. Yes. We’ll inspect the tree and let you know if it shows signs of disease, rot, or structural weakness.
Is there anything that I need to do before you arrive?
A. Move vehicles and anything else near the work area. Please keep pets and children away from the work area.
How long does a typical tree removal take?
A. Most trees take a few hours to a full day, depending on the size of the tree and access.
Do you have insurance?
A. Yes we are fully covered for your property, our employees and equipment.
How long have you been in the tree business?
A. We have been taking care of people’s trees for 8 years.
What type of equipment do you use?
A. We use a bucket truck, ropes, modified chain saws, skid steer, chipper, and stump grinder.
That seems like really heavy equipment, will it damage my lawn?
A. Yes the equipment is heavy and it will leave marks in your lawn.
Is there a way you can do the tree removal without damage to my yard?
A. Yes. We can put down mats to cushion the fall of the tree limbs as they come down.
My tree hangs over my neighbors house and driveway is that a problem?
A. No. We can bring a tree down into a pretty small foot print with help of the bucket truck.
My tree fell on our garage during the storm can you come out and remove it?
A. We will be happy to come and do the job for you when it is safe for our employees and equipment.
Do you do tree removal at night after a storm?
A. We do not do any work in low or no light conditions.
Is there any reason why you would cancel the appointment at the last minute?
A. If the area has received a lot of rain the day before or it is currently raining.
Why does the weather the day before have anything to do with today’s appointment?
A. Our equipment is heavy. Soft and wet ground do not work well with the heavy equipment.
